What is deleted

Your authentication account, public profile, seller setup details, active and inactive listings, listing photos, notification subscriptions, newsletter preference, blocks, and listing-question conversations are removed. Order conversations are closed and message text is removed.

What may be retained

Completed, canceled, or refunded transaction records and payment references may be retained in anonymized form for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute records, and legal obligations. Stripe may retain payment, identity, banking, tax, or payout records under its own policies.
