Plant Hub Local may collect approximate location information when you use location-based browsing or manually search by city or ZIP code.

If you choose to receive the community newsletter, we collect and store your newsletter preference and the dates you subscribe or unsubscribe.

If you enable browser notifications, we store the browser push subscription endpoint, encryption keys, and basic device or browser information needed to deliver notifications to that device.

If you submit a support request or plant an idea, we collect the information you provide, including the message and any optional name or email address.

We use account information to let users buy, sell, message through order emails, view orders, and manage listings.

We use seller pickup information to show buyers exact pickup details only after payment and seller confirmation.

We use support requests and submitted ideas to respond when requested, solve problems, improve Plant Hub Local, and plan future features.

Exact pickup address, pickup instructions, and seller contact details are not shown publicly while browsing.

Exact pickup information is shown to the buyer only after payment is completed and the seller confirms the pickup details.

Public browsing shows only general pickup area and approximate distance when available.

Plant Hub Local uses Stripe for payment processing and Stripe Connect for seller payout setup.

Plant Hub Local does not store full payment card numbers.

Stripe may collect and process payment, identity, tax, banking, or payout information according to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.

Plant Hub Local may send transactional emails related to account activity, orders, seller confirmation, pickup details, issue reports, and seller payouts.

The Plant Hub Local community newsletter is optional. We send newsletter and promotional email only when you choose to subscribe, and you can unsubscribe from Account or through an unsubscribe option included with newsletter email.

Browser notifications are optional and are enabled separately on each supported device or browser. You can disable them from Account or through your browser or device settings.

Order messaging is sent through Plant Hub Local email tools so buyers and sellers can communicate about active orders without using mailto links.

Plant Hub Local shares necessary order and pickup information between buyer and seller to complete a transaction.

Plant Hub Local may share necessary payment and payout information with Stripe.

Plant Hub Local may disclose information if required by law, to prevent fraud, to protect users, or to operate the marketplace safely.

Plant Hub Local may retain account, listing, order, payment, payout, dispute, newsletter-preference, and browser-notification subscription records as needed to operate the marketplace, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
